As a philosopher, I support companies and organisations like Revision and Bussiness4Good in their change management. In order to find solutions to problems created by a rapidly changing world, I work on three levels: CSR, leadership & team development, and intercultural change management.
CSR: Since social, economic, technological and ecological changes are forcing companies to rethink more than ever, I help identify problems through ethical, cultural, as well as social analysis and develop new concepts. This can relate to approaches of CSR, effective altruism, or sustainable management, which make your company more attractive for customers and employees. As an experienced, international journalist (e.g. Süddeutsche Zeitung and The Times of India), I am also keen to find and communicate the right “story” for these topics.
Services:
- Analysis & concept development
- Storytelling and creating
- Social media & PR
Leadership & team development: However, the prerequisites for such changes are always personal. That is why I also support your leadership and team in adapting to the requirements of a more ethical business. After an analysis, work is carried out in particular with the help of self-cultivation, -knowledge and questions concerning objectives, in order to create conditions for successful changes on an individual and consequently also on a higher level.

Intercultural Change Management: In a globalized world, one is increasingly confronted with the “other” through internal extensions or international partners. That is why my work also focuses on cross-country development. That is to understand the “other”, communicate with it and deal with it most effectively. I not only draw on my expertise as an intercultural philosopher, but also on my experience as an international journalist as well as my biography (Germany and India) and interculturalism. My specialty is India and its neighbouring countries.
